The mandate of Miguel De Bruycker, Director-General of the Centre for Cybersecurity Belgium (CCB), and that of Phédra Clouner, Deputy Director-General, have been extended for a further five years.

This renewal ensures continuity in the governance of the Centre and confirms the confidence of the federal authorities in the leadership team and in the strategic course followed by the CCB in recent years. Under their direction, the Centre will continue to strengthen Belgium’s cyber resilience and to support public authorities, critical sectors and citizens in addressing evolving cyber threats.

The extension of both mandates was officially published in the Belgian Official Journal on 18 December 2025.
